I am going to tell you something. If you want to be helthy men you must follow these rules. Never drink soda. I mean horney bavarages with CO2. Too much sugar make you fat very fast. Never eat fastfood or junkfood. They added a lot of chemicals into it. Very taste, isn't it? Forget about meat. Human food is fruts and vegetables. Don't eat eggs. You can eat only yellow part. Make your own bread. Don't buy at store. |
